JJ Heller has always had a way of speaking to my soul through her music. her music is so simply crafted, that i am left feeling clean, and refreshed after listening. this song especially has a way with my heart because it speaks so much truth. if i could not hold a pen, i would write of you on my heart instead. it reminds me that our heart is a journal to God. we can reach Him anytime with this journal, and it holds every hope and dream, worry and fear we have ever thought of.  you have bought me with your blood, and i am painted red, by your love. His love humbles and completes us. if i could not say a word, my life would speak of love i dont deserve. my life is a reflection of Jesus in my heart. i want to be so consumed by Him that it just pours over into my life, and to the people around me. Hope means holding onto you, grace means your holding me too. we have hope in our savior and we trust Him with all that we are. we grab ahold of his hand, and find safety and refuge that cannot be found anywhere but in Him. He showers us with grace, and mercies anew every morning. how beautifully simple. 

this year, i will follow Him with all that i am.
